We call our cuisine Fine American Food. Using the finest, seasonal, locally available and freshest ingredients, we feature menu items and combinations that are familiar to the American Palate, with a fine dining presentation.

Comfort food? Yes and no.

Yes, in that our dishes, ingredients and combinations are familiar, and bring back memories, and to that end, the associations we have with those preparations make them comfortable.

No, in that the term, for many, refers to ‘southern food’ (fried chicken, mashed potatoes), which is only one small slice of the quintessential American Palate. Yes, in that you’ll know and recognize what you’re eating, our dishes and our menus are in English, and that accessibility makes our meals comfortable. No, in that our background is fine dining, so the attention to detail, preparation and presentation of our cuisine reflects fine dining, as opposed to being normative for the ‘comfort food’ experience. Thus, our description: Fine Familiar Food.
